1. Ordering and Payments

Q. What payment options do you accept
A. You can pay through UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. If COD is available for your pincode, you will see the option at checkout.

Q. I made a mistake in my order. Can I change or cancel it
A. Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped yet. Just reach out to our support team and we will help you fix it.

2. Shipping and Delivery

Q. When will my order arrive
A. Most orders within India reach customers in about four to five working days after we dispatch them. 

Q. How do I track my order
A. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, we send you a tracking link on email or WhatsApp. You can follow its journey until it reaches you.

Q. I need to update my delivery address. Is it possible
A. It is possible only before the order is shipped. After dispatch, we cannot modify the address.

3. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Q. What is your return or exchange period
A. You can request a return or exchange within five days of receiving your order.

Q. How do I place a return or exchange request
A. Visit our Return or Exchange section on the website and fill in the details. Once we check and approve your request, our courier partner will come for pickup if your area is serviceable.

Q. What happens after I hand over the return parcel
A. It usually reaches our warehouse in a few days. After we check the item and confirm everything is in order, we either issue your refund or send the replacement. The entire process normally takes around ten to fifteen working days.

Q. What conditions should my product meet for a return
A. The item should be unused, in its original condition and have all tags and packaging intact.

Q. What if I receive something damaged or incorrect
A. Please let us know immediately. If the product has a defect or the wrong item was sent, we will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Q. Do you accept returns for international orders
A. At the moment, we are unable to process returns or exchanges for international shipments.

Q. Do you offer custom sizes or personalised pieces
A. Not right now. All products follow the sizing listed on our website.

Q. Can I place a bulk or gifting order
A. Absolutely. Write to us with your requirements and our team will assist you.

Q. What sizes do you offer
A. Our collections come in an inclusive size range starting from S and going up to 5XL. Every product page has a detailed size guide so you can pick the fit that feels best for you.
