Refund Policy

A simple, honest guide to how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

At LB, we want you to feel comfortable not just in our clothes but also in your shopping experience. If something doesn’t fit right, doesn’t feel like you, or simply didn’t arrive the way you expected, we’re here to make things right with as little stress as possible.

How Long Do You Have to Return or Exchange?

You can request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order. Just raise a request on our website and we’ll take it from there.

What We Accept Back

To keep things fair for everyone, we ask that returned items are unused and unwashed, in their original packaging, with all tags still attached.

If you received a wrong item, a damaged piece, or something with a manufacturing issue, we’ll sort that out immediately.

How Returns Work

Once your request is approved, we’ll arrange a pickup from your address, usually within 1–3 working days.

If pickup isn’t available in your area, you can ship it to us yourself and share the courier details so we know it’s on the way.

When the item reaches our warehouse, our team checks it. After that, we process your refund or ship out your exchange.

How Refunds Are Processed

Your refund goes back to the original payment method you used at checkout.

If you paid via COD, we’ll send you a secure link to fill in your bank details for a smooth transfer.

Most refunds are completed within 3–7 working days after inspection.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size, print, or product, we’re happy to exchange it.

If your new pick costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, we refund the extra amount.

Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.

What Cannot Be Returned

Items bought under No Return / No Exchange offers, customised products, gift cards and store-credit purchases, and certain sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

How Long the Process Takes

From the day you raise a request to the day your refund or exchange is resolved, it usually takes around 10–15 working days. We keep you informed throughout the process.
