Return & Exchange Policy

At LB, we want you to love what you wear. On the rare occasion something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to make the return or exchange process simple and stress-free.

How returns and exchanges work

You can place a return or exchange request within 5 days of receiving your order.

If you choose to return an item, we’ll refund the amount to your original payment method, or to the bank details you share with us.

Prefer an exchange instead?
No problem.
• If the new item is priced higher, you just pay the difference.
• If it’s priced lower, we’ll return the balance to you.

Pickup and timelines

Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrange a free pickup within 1–3 business days.

After the package is collected, it typically reaches our warehouse in 6–7 days.

Our team then checks the product, and within 2–3 business days, we process either your refund or the dispatch of your exchanged item.

If the product you want in exchange is unavailable, we’ll either recommend the best possible alternative or issue a full refund—whichever works better for you.

Note. Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.

When returns or exchanges aren’t allowed

Some orders are not eligible, such as:
• Purchases made using the “NORETURNNOEXCHANGE” coupon code (which offers a flat 5% discount).

What we need from you

For us to accept a return or exchange, the item must be in perfect condition. That means:
• Original packaging intact
• Tags attached
• Unused, unwashed, and undamaged

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage, or an incorrect item, just let us know within the return window, we’ll take care of it for you.

If pickup isn’t available at your location

In some areas, reverse pickup may not be supported.

If that happens, you can send the item back to us yourself within 5 days of placing the return request. Kindly ship it to:

Please include your Order Number and Return ID inside the package, and share your courier tracking details with us on email or WhatsApp so we can monitor it from our side.
