At LB, we like to keep things simple. You place an order, we get to work, and your new favourite outfit starts its journey to you. Here’s exactly how that journey looks behind the scenes.

Processing & Dispatch

Once your order lands with us, our team usually takes 1–2 business days to prepare it, no rushing, no delays, just careful packing.

As soon as it ships, we’ll drop a tracking link on your email or WhatsApp so you can watch your parcel make its way home.

COD & Prepaid Orders

Prefer paying at your doorstep? COD is absolutely free for all domestic orders.

We just do a quick confirmation call or email to make sure everything’s right.
If you’ve paid online, your order jumps straight into processing without any extra steps.

When Delivery Doesn’t Go as Planned

Our courier partners will try a few times to reach you.

If they miss you each time, the package comes back to us. Don’t worry, we’ll contact you and either resend it or issue a refund based on what you prefer.

And if your pincode isn’t serviceable, we’ll let you know early and return your money without any deductions.

Tracking & Updates

Once your parcel is out the door, we’ll keep you in the loop.

You’ll get a tracking number, and you can check its progress whenever you like from dispatch to doorstep.

Delays (Rare but Possible)

Weather shifts, festive rush, or city-wide strikes can slow things down occasionally.

If that happens, we’ll reach out, keep you updated, and make sure you know exactly where your order is.
